Please note that additional charges may apply for shipments to remote areas or for bulky or heavy items. These charges, if applicable, will be added to your order during the checkout process.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs duties and taxes, we will contact you to determine the appropriate action. You may be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package, and we reserve the right to deduct these charges, as well as any return shipping costs, from any refunds issued for the returned items.

E-commerce Return Policy

 We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the returns, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

We, at " Stand Up Desk", source our products from a network of suppliers via drop shipping and other methods. Our inventory is held by these suppliers who directly ship your orders. A list of our suppliers is provided below. Please note that our shipping and return policies may vary depending on the specific supplier's policy. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering high-quality service.

 

  1. RETURN POLICY

1.1       In the event you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with the customer service team.

All orders canceled after being purchased are subject to an administration fee, and merchant services charges of 2.9%+.30 cents of the purchase price, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges depending upon the return conditions. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

1.2       Upon receiving your complaint, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If Stand Up Desk is convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will inform the relevant supplier of such complaint and request for a replacement. However, in the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, other than not requesting for a replacement, we reserve the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Stand Up Desk in this regard. You expressly acknowledge that the supplier selling the defective product/ service will be solely responsible to you for any claims that you may have in relation to such defective product/ service and Stand Up Desk shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.

1.3       Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If you observe that the package is damaged or tampered with, Stand Up Desk requests you to refuse to accept delivery and inform Stand Up Desk at the earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by Stand Up Desk depending on the nature and category of the product.

1.4       StandUpDeskDepot.com sources high-quality products from renowned suppliers such as Bush Furniture, Unique Furniture, and Flexispot, alongside 27 suppliers facilitated by a cloud-based drop shipping platform we obtain products through. Each supplier may have differing processing and shipping times which could impact your delivery date. Rest assured, we strive for timely deliveries and communicate potential delays promptly.

1.5       In order to return any products sold through this platform, you are required to comply with the following conditions:

  1. If a product is not damaged or made defective from your end, you shall be allowed to return the product within the time frame displayed on the website at the time of purchase;

 

  1. Please notify Stand Up Desk of receipt of damaged/ defective product within 48-hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so within 48-hours, Stand Up Desk /supplier/manufacturer/service provider shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order;

 

  1. The customer will arrange shipping of the damaged/defective product through a reputed logistics partner, directly to the supplier (address shall be provided by the Stand Up Desk support team. Courier freight charges will be borne by the customer itself as is determined by the logistics partner;

 

  1. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, etc.;

 

  1. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;

 

  1. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Stand Up Desk/ supplier in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return;

 

  1. In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by Stand Up Desk/ supplier, the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of the product or otherwise, as adjusted with any credits/discount/offers, will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Stand Up Desk will credit your refunds directly into your source of payment within 14 business days. Refunds will be subject to the following:
  • Orders paid online will be refunded instantly through the source of payment;

 

  • For Cash on Delivery payments, the amount will be refunded into the bank account provided by you;

 

  • A promo code, once used, shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by you or Stand Up Desk.
