Extremely sturdy and worth the money
This is the second Veri-desk we own. I have one in my music production room and this one is a "work from home" desk. The up and down drive is great and very solid. Good looking and solid.
This desk is everything I wanted! The only thing I'll say is it's very heavy and I had to recruit my boyfriend to help me carry it, assemble, and move where I needed it.
I bought this desk after several frustrating experiences with other brands. First, the desk arrived in less time than predicted, which is always a plus, and never guaranteed. Second, while the desk is a bit bulky and heavy, once it is assembled you understand why the heft is necessary. This desk is simply perfect. It's beautiful and it's functional. It only took me 10 minutes to put it together (myself), and it was beyond easy to program the specific heights.
This was a very worthwhile upgrade with the anticipation of working from home sticking around for a while.
If the price is giving you pause, it may be worth financing if you can. After a whole day of use I'm definitely convinced this is the brand for me. The desk even comes with clips to hang backpacks and headphones, as well as a cool brand coaster! My ONLY complaint is that they don't provide two coasters, one for water and the other for coffee!
Has exceeded my expectations. Easy for 2 people to assemble. Heavy, sturdy and just a really nice piece of furniture. Rises to standing height smoothly and quietly. Any difficulty is attributed to the weight. Instructions were a breeze and I love it.
